shoX and the AC Wall Adaptor (sold separately) are guaranteed against any manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Simply return your shoX to Genumark (address under contact us page) with proof of purchase including date and the speaker will be repaired or replaced at no charge (except for $12 for handling,packing,return postage and insurance)
